1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Velocity Elite Club's website, facilities, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Terms & Fees

All memberships are subject to the following terms:

• Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing by Velocity Elite Club management. Refunds, if any, will be processed at the sole discretion of the club.
• Non-Transferable: Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the club in writing. Sharing membership cards or allowing unauthorized use will result in immediate termination.
• Valid ID Required: Valid government-issued ID is required for registration and may be requested at any time for verification purposes.
• Age Requirements: Members must be at least 18 years old. Minors may only access facilities with parental consent and supervision as per club policy.
• Medical Fitness: Members must ensure they are medically fit before participating in any physical activities. The club reserves the right to request medical clearance.
• Membership Duration: Membership periods are fixed and non-extendable unless renewed before expiry. No extensions will be granted for unused periods.

3. Facility Rules & Regulations

All members and guests must strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Gym Attire: Proper athletic attire and closed-toe footwear must be worn at all times in the gym. No outdoor shoes on gym floor.
• Swimming Pool Rules: Proper swimwear is mandatory. Shower before entering the pool. No running or diving in restricted areas. Swimming at your own risk.
• Equipment Usage: Use equipment properly and return after use. Do not drop weights. Report any equipment damage immediately.
• Hygiene Standards: Wipe down equipment after use. Maintain personal hygiene. Members with contagious conditions will be denied access.
• Behavior Policy: Respect other members and staff at all times. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disruption will result in immediate suspension or termination.
• Prohibited Items: No outside food, alcohol, tobacco products, or illegal substances on premises. Photography/videography requires prior written permission.
• Membership Misuse: Misuse of membership privileges, including sharing access or violating rules, may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

4. Club Operations & Schedule Modifications

Velocity Elite Club reserves the right to:

• Modify operating hours, class schedules, and facility availability with reasonable notice when necessary
• Temporarily close facilities for maintenance, repairs, or special events without liability
• Change or discontinue services, classes, or programs at any time
• Limit capacity in facilities during peak hours for safety and quality reasons
• Implement new rules or modify existing ones for operational efficiency and member safety

5. Booking & Reservation Policies

Booking policies include:

• Bookings must be made according to the specified advance booking period
• Cancellations must follow the cancellation policy; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of booking fees
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions or membership suspension
• Peak hours and special events may have limited availability and different pricing
• Personal Training: Scheduling depends on trainer availability and agreed schedules. Sessions must be cancelled with required notice or will be charged.

6. Payment Terms & Confirmation

Payment policies include:

• All payments are processed through Razorpay secure payment gateway or other authorized payment methods
• Membership fees are payable in advance as per the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
• Late payments may incur penalty fees and service suspension until payment is received
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; existing members will be notified of any changes
• Payment Confirmation: Payment confirmation does not override club rules, policies, or the right to deny service for violations.
• Promotional Offers: Promotional offers may have separate conditions, limitations, and validity periods as specified in the offer details.

7. Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgment

Members acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical Activity Risks: Swimming, gym activities, and all physical exercises carry potential risks including injury or illness. Members should exercise caution and use equipment properly.
• Medical Fitness: Users should ensure they are medically fit before participating. Consult a physician before starting any fitness program.
• Medical Disclosure: Members must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect their participation.
• Equipment Usage: Use equipment within your physical capabilities. Seek guidance from staff if unsure.
• Incident Reporting: Report any injuries, accidents, or incidents to staff immediately for proper documentation and assistance.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow all emergency procedures and staff instructions during emergencies or drills.
• Service Denial: Club reserves the right to deny service for safety concerns, policy violations, or if a member appears unfit to participate safely.

8. Personal Property & Liability

Regarding personal belongings and liability:

• Personal Belongings: Personal belongings remain the customer's responsibility at all times. Velocity Elite Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Locker Usage: Lockers are for day use only unless otherwise specified. Members must provide their own locks or rent from reception.
• Abandoned Items: Personal belongings left overnight will be removed after 48 hours. The club is not liable for disposal of abandoned items.
• Valuables: Valuables should not be brought to the facility. Use lockers at your own risk.
• Vehicle Parking: Parking is provided at owner's risk. The club is not responsible for vehicles or contents while parked on premises.

9. Suspension & Termination

Velocity Elite Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for:

• Violation of club rules, regulations, or code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees or recurring payment failures
• Inappropriate, abusive, or harassing behavior towards staff or members
• Misuse of facilities, equipment, or membership privileges
• Fraudulent activity, providing false information, or identity theft
• Any action that compromises the safety, security, or reputation of the club

10. Limitation of Liability

Velocity Elite Club is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by members or guests while using our facilities, except where caused by our negligence. Members participate in all activities at their own risk. The club's maximum liability shall not exceed the membership fee paid.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, designs, and branding, is the property of Velocity Elite Club and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or notice at the facility.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Khurja, Uttar Pradesh. Members agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
